It was an honor moderating this conversation on the power and influence of Black women with Caroline Wanga (CEO if ESSENCE) on the main stage at REVOLT Summit, 2022. I shared my feels about it in this Instagram post ahead of the network’s two-hour event special which aired last month.

To let you in on a little secret, I have spoken on stages across the United States. I had never been as excited or as nervous as I was when Ms. Caroline Wanga welcomed me to the stage and introducing me to the audience bt announcing my name ahead of our interview. This was more than a moment for me. This was a manifestation and prayer answered. It was my purpose being fulfilled. I am so, so thankful.
